Shipping policy

• Please allow 1 week at the latest for your order to be processed and shipped out as each item is made to order!
  From then, Economy Shipping: 3-7 business days to most major cities, 5-18 days world-wide. 

During peak and holiday periods, shipping timeframes may be subject to change. Please refer to the shipping timeframes quoted at the checkout for shipping to your destination.

Please note, COVID-19 may affect some delivery timeframes, with some courier services occasionally experiencing unexpected delays in transit, or delays in the providing tracking details.

We are not responsible for courier delays and circumstances out of our control. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. RomanticBlue is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

How much is shipping?

Each order is charged at a flat rate of $4.50 USD for standard shipping. If priority shipping is selected, the estimated time frame is to indicate the shipping speed. The time to process the order is not included. 

What courier do you use?

We ship all our orders through USPS. We are located in Los Angeles and for international packages, they will also be sent through USPS. International packages sent via USPS will be handed to your local postal service for final delivery.

Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry. We make every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, but do not take responsibility for any delays or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. Please ensure you are informed on what these could be on your purchase.
